Service Description

Is there previous color on your hair and you want a big change? Are you going from dark to light or light to dark? Consultations are free so come in and discuss the desired look, health of your hair, pricing and time it will take to get there.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule or move. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments. First time out of policy cancellations, reschedules or no-shows will be waived of penalty. Any after will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit on future services booked. At this time, we do require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure color, treatment, and chemical service appointments. This should be paid while booking. All deposits will go toward your final service costs. The remainder of the balance must be paid at the time of appointment. You may reuse your deposit only once. If you want to reschedule a second time you’ll be required to pay a new deposit. At the discretion of your stylist, we may waive penalties on appointments missed because you have been exposed to or have COVID-19, FLU, RSV or any other illness. Please let us know and we will reschedule you with priority when you are well and able to reschedule.
