Service Description
Amino Acid based formula. No formaldehyde. Loosens your curls 25-75%. Smooths frizzy unruly hair by sealing the cuticle layer of the hair with keratin protein. Cuts dry time and makes blow out styling easier. Smooths and relaxes naturally curly hair. Lasts up to 60 washes. Consultation recommended. Can be washed and worn curly the same day!
Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. If you fail to show up to your appointment or show up late after our 15-minute courtesy window, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. At the discretion of your stylist, we may waive penalties on missed appointments in certain cases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.
